Milenlly’s passion has always been nature. Since she was a little girl, Milenlly has traveled all over Costa Rica and the world to study cultures and countries. Her love of animals and biodiversity spurred her to study Managing Natural Resources at one the best universities in Costa Rica – UNED. Milenlly also holds two guide licenses – one as a general guide of Costa Rica and one as a Costa Rican naturalist guide.
In 2005, she moved to the spectacular town of Quepos where she realized how God heals through nature. Mile – as she is known by friends, customers and family – is punctual, organized and optimistic. Mile is currently working on reforestation projects with a specialization in Mangrove ecosystems, where she tours by kayak and boat. Carlos Soto Arce
Carlos Soto Arce has always liked nature since he was a child. Grew up with his grandparents on a small plot near a river where he learned a lot about the importance of water, animals and plants. Johan Fernandez Ramirez
He worked as a naturalist guide from 2003, since then his passion about nature has been growing. Johan is an expert birdwatching guide, he has lived in the Manuel Antonio area since 2009, where he lives with his wife and two kids. He works for Audubon National Society on the Chirstmats bird count in the central pacific of Costa Rica, he was selected by Noah Striker to guide him during his visit to Costa Rica for the Global big Year in 2015 and their journey is well described in Noah’s book “Birding without Borders”. He is a queen wildlife photographer with a very rich technique. Johan is also co-founder of the Costa Rica Ornithologist Union, where he participates in various searching and conservation programs. Oscar Herrera Mena
Biologist, Nature tour Guide and Nature Photographer. A passionate Costa Rican adventurer that grew up surrounded by nature, now as a fully qualified Nature Guide, He has been working in tourism industry for the last 9 years and he finished Biologist career. Oscar considers himself extremely lucky living in a very biodiverse tropical country with lots of great people, places, experiences and of course, Nature to share with everyone. As part of his career he has been doing research around Quepos and Manuel Antonio area, about migratory birds and wildlife getting affected by road kills in one of the main roads-highways. Dennis Reyes Arias
Dennis Reyes Arias, works as a Naturalist guide since December 2008, since he was a child he was always passionate about protecting the flora and fauna of Costa Rica, that is why at the age of 27 he trained as a naturalist guide where he ends up falling in love completely from this profession which he enjoys every day. Roy Morales Rodriguez
Roy Morales is Nature Guide at Manuel Antonio National Park, and as a native to Manuel Antonio he know the area like the back of my hand! In addition to being a tour guide, he has studied nature (flora and fauna) for the last twenty years. Roy has traveled around the country to explore different national parks, museums and indigenous reserves, as well as taking language courses, which all played an important part in the development of my career.
After receiving my nature guide diploma in 2000, he worked in Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, then he moved back to Quepos in 2004 and started working at Fincas Naturales Wildlife Refuge at the Si Como No Hotel. Roy has great experience in night hikes.For the last fourteen years Roy have made my base in Manuel Antonio National Park, where I have been happily helping tourists explore the beauty and magic of Costa Rica.

Karen Castillo Blanco
Karen started to work as a naturalist guide on July 17, 2007 in a world full of information, training and passion. For her it is an honor to share and interpret the beauty of an area like Manuel Antonio with all the visitors that come to this place.
The passion she feels for this National Park motivates her to participate in conservation projects, provide environmental education to schools and participate in volunteer programs. She can say that despite this job being mostly dominated by men, she has managed to earn the admiration and respect of her colleagues in a world full of competition thanks to the respect and cooperation she has given to each of them.

Dagoberto Mora Montoya
Dago's work began at the end of 1993, with approximately 29 years of experience, making him one of the pioneers in this guidance industry at the PNMA, since then he has been in continuous training, currently he has knowledge in dendrology, entomology, zoology and ornithology, in addition, likes to make guided walks to the Manuel Antonio National Park, medicinal plant walks, bird watching and night walks.

Josué Castro Oviedo
Josué Castro is a local tour guide in Manuel Antonio National Park, he was raised by a very humble family dedicated to harvesting coffee in the San Ramón de Alajuela area, and the pillars of his life are his beautiful family and two wonderful children.
