Full day Carara National Park & Tarcoles River

 

This national park is a crucial meeting point between the dry tropical forests to the north and the wet rain forests to the south, which means that it is possible to see over 400 different  species of birds inhabit at Carara, though your chances of spotting rarer species will be greatly enhanced with the help of an experienced guide, the most exciting bird for many visitors to see, is the brilliantly scarlet macaw.

Right after the park lunch will be at Miriam`s place a local family at Tarcoles community, where we will meet Josè a local company by tarcoles river, in this place there are chances for incredible wildlife sighting like crocodiles, monkeys, birds and beautiful sceneries of mangroves environment.
